Orders placed Monday through Friday EST before 3:00 pm will be processed the following business day and, will be shipped within three business days.
Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day and will be shipped within three business of the day of processing.
Igloobaby offers shipping across Canada and worldwide, utilizing reputable carriers such as Canada Post and major carrier companies. Once an order has been processed, customers will receive a confirmation email, followed by another email containing a tracking number upon shipment.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within a 4-6 business day timeframe.
Please note that Igloobaby relinquishes any responsibility for order delivery once it has left our facility. All items will then become the sole responsibility and property of the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to cover any applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees associated with their order.
PICK UP IN STORE
If you would like to pick up your order from our retail store, please choose In-store pickup as your shipping option.
Once the order is processed and ready for pick up, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our store is located at 3080 Granville Street, Vancouver BC. Pick up hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 pm.

For orders over 300 CAD before tax and after all discounts, we offer free shipping within North America, which will be applied automatically at checkout. Please note that this offer cannot be applied to previous purchases and is not redeemable for cash or credit in any way. Other restrictions may apply.
It is important to note that Canada Post does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, and a signature will be required for all deliveries. Please be advised that we cannot accept responsibility for any delayed shipments, or any packages that may be lost or stolen during delivery.
The rest of the world.
We offer two shipping options for customers outside of North America. The first option is a non-tracked service, priced at $50, which can take up to 1-2 months for delivery via Canada Post. The second option is a tracked service, priced at $150, which can be expected to arrive within 10 business days via a major carrier.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other factors beyond our control. It is important to consider the shipping method and expected delivery times before placing an order.

Not, quite right? That’s OK. You can return online purchases in-store or mail it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below.
- Within 14 days: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
- Returns or exchanges on washed, worn or damaged items will not be valid. All original tags must be attached.
- If you return your items in-store, we can process an exchange or issue you a merchandise credit.
- All marked-down items are final sales and are not eligible for refunds/exchanges.
All accessories are final sale items.

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the package delivery date, and the items must be in their original, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.
