Orders placed Monday through Friday EST before 3:00 pm will be processed the following business day and, pending credit card verification will be shipped within three business days.
Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the following business day and will be shipped, pending credit card verification, within three business of the day of processing.
Igloobaby only ship all across Canada via Canada Post. A confirmation email will be sent to you when the order has been processed, and another email with tracking number when it has been shipped.
All orders are processed and shipped within 4-6 business days.
Igloobaby will cease to have any liability pertaining to the order delivery; all items at that juncture will be considered the sole responsibility and property of the customer.
All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

SELF PICK UP
If you reside in Vancouver and would like to pick up your order from our retail, please choose SELF PICK UP as your shipping option.
Once the order is processed and ready for pick up, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Our store is located at 3080 Granville Street, Vancouver BC. Pick up hours are Monday through Friday from 10 am to 4 pm.
We would like to welcome you upon your arrival. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that cause us to leave the office within the pickup times. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before your arrival to ensure we are there to greet you.
Receive free standard shipping on orders over $200 excluding
We offer free shipping within Canada for orders over CAD$200 before tax and after all discounts, It will be applied automatically at check out. It cannot be used to previous purchases. Not redeemable for cash or credit in any way. Other restrictions may apply.
Important! Canada Post does not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
A signature will be required for all deliveries. We do not hold responsibility for delayed shipments, and lost or stolen packages.
Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchase — Return & Exchange Policy
Not, quite right? That’s OK. You can return online purchases in-store or mail it back to us following the step-by-step instructions below.
- Within 14 days: you can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card.
- Returns or exchanges on washed, worn or damaged items will not be valid. All original tags must be attached.
- If you return your items in store, we can process an exchange or issue you a merchandise credit.
- All marked down items are final sales and are not eligible for refunds/exchanges. All accessories are final sale items. All exchanges permitted once only.
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us. You can send us the email at email@example.com. If you purchased clothing and it is an incorrect size, we will gladly exchange it. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the return is a result of our error. We encourage you to ask all sizing questions before purchasing to avoid any disappointment.
If you need to return something, contact us so we know it is on its way. All returns must be authorized via email prior to shipping. Items returned without authorization may be refused upon delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice. Mail it back to us at:

Returns should be postmarked within 14 days of the package delivery date. The items must not be worn, altered, damaged or washed and must have their original tags attached.
The shipping cost is not eligible refund.
All orders will be charged in Canadian Dollars. Please note that pricing for the same item may vary depending on the particular size.
